Description:

Moloney’s self catering is the attractively restored Carrigeen Irish country cottage, set in peaceful rural surroundings. The Cottage has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and three single bedrooms and a cot available also for younger children. It has an open fire and central heating.

Outside there is a private garden with patio which includes a bar-b-que for dining on those balmy Summer evenings. There also exists an outdoor facility similar to a utility room containing a washing machine and dryer which is very practical when returning from a hill walk or mountain bike trek.

As the cottage is situated on a working dairy farm it could really be the ‘away from it all’ holiday as visitors are invited to tour the farm and sample country living at its best. A warm welcome is assured with home baking on arrival.

It is an ideal family holiday location with lots of amenities nearby and is a good touring base for the Ballyhoura region being 10 minutes from the Keale River walk, Darragh Loops and mountain bike treks. Dalys local is also only a 10 minute walk away.
